Lake House Remodel
- This lake house is located in South Carolina.
- The floor plan was provided for the main floor and ground floor of the home.
- The clients are a family of 5, Charles & Lina, their son Jerome, and Charles parents.
-The house is being completely redesigned to fit the 3 generations, and give them each a private space.
-My designs were inspired by the designer Madeline Stuart.
This board shows the main floor of the home, which includes the shared spaces (kitchen, living and dining room) as well as Charles & Lina’s living space, which includes their master bedroom, master bath, 2 walk-in closets, and 2 separate offices for them to work from home.

This board shows Charles & Lina’s master bedroom and master bathroom, located on the main floor.
They both like Madeline Stuart’s style, and prefer a more colorful design. They also really enjoy antiques.
​As a designer, she uses lots of wallpaper, tile, patterns, textures.
This board shows the floor plan for the ground floor.
This floor essentially consists of two separate living spaces that could eventually become rental apartments, once the grandparents and son move out.
This board also shows all material selections for the son, Jerome’s, living space. He also likes the designer's style, and prefers a more modern look.
His space does include a kitchenette, living room, work/desk area (for work from home as well), a laundry room, and his bedroom and bathroom.

This board shows all material selections for the grandparents space. Their entire space is all ADA / accessible. They prefer more neutral colors, which is great for a rental space.
They also have a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, bedroom and bathroom.
